I realize this picture has nothing to do with my blog but isn't it funny?
Well the 24th and 25th were both headache days. They were 2's and 3's mostly and at some point,4. Nothing changed, the weather is still cold. We are still using wood for heat. We started working out again now that we are home but that has been going on for the past week or so. Caffeine intake is the same...on and off. Today I had nothing. This diary is helpful and pointless all at the same time. The only thing I've learned about my headaches is that they are as unpredictable as the weather around here...Ugh!
