No Pain No Gain...Exercise Causes Migraines...for Me

Not too bad. I started an exercise program for my back and it aggravated my head. Oh well, I need to strengthen my back so I will just have to deal with it. My back just keeps getting worse so I have to save what's left of it. Mild Degenerative something something....Whatever that means:-/ I figure if I can keep the muscles around the problem strong, I should be able to tolerate more. In the meantime, my headaches will have to be tolerated for now. I figure as long as I am doing something positive for my health, the headaches are acceptable. Usually after some time, I will get used to the exercises and the headaches should become less frequent. I have a 1 right now.
